Issues since updating to Ventura 13.4

Hi. I am not sure if this a hardware or a software problem but I noticed these problems after updating to Ventura 13.4. I am using a MacBook Air 2020.

1. Unable to enter fullscreen mode. But when I enter into a 2-tile window and exit one of the opened tiles, that leaves the other on full screen mode.
2. TouchID is not working on lock mode but it works when used to access password/keychain.

Tried restarting, nothing happens. Appreciate the help.
