Click show in Finder and delete this file. The name is not clear, so I cannot see if this is a safe of verified app to install. It downloaded somethijng and it is trying to install it, that is why you’re seeing this screen
I deleted the file yesterday and the players worked, today it popped up again and got these error codes. Its seems the security features have blocked it as its from unknown developer. I tried another browser and it all worked fine so it looks like an issue with chrome.? Thanks for the tip.
