Netflix streams just fine for me in Safari 16.5.1 or Firefox 115.01 on Ventura 13.4.1. I am the Netflix subscriber using my own password. Try either of these browsers if not the one you are currently using.
According to Netflix support documentation, which is very outdated, but does contain the exactly " eror code S7361-1253 "
I too am running Ventura 13.4.1 and have both Safari 16.5.1 and FF 115.01 without any issues.
No VPNs and No Third Party Security Software any where near the 3 different Apple Silicon Computers M1 / M2

Thank you to all who replied. I use MacOS Ventura13.4.1 Safari 16.5.1- This happened when I was watching certain episodes of a Korean drama. Could watch all others without a problem. I am not a tech expert. So most probably this is something to do with the episodes of this drama only as it still happens.
I suspect you're correct.
The same exact thing happened to me. I called Netflix and the tech concluded that if I could watch that episode on another device, and then switch back to my laptop afterwards, I would probably be ok. I did that, but then in another episode, the same thing just happened. So mysterious! Also using Safari 16.5.1, Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1. I tried restarting several times but that didn't fix the problem.
Thank you Chowgirl. I also re started but not helped. But the later episodes of same were OK and also all the other dramas so far watched after this happened were.OK So will just forget ad hope it does not happen often. Not tech savvy to think why this happens.Maybe this is something wrong with that particular episode. Will try to get a friend with same OS and Safari version to watch this episode on her computer and see whether she encounters the same problem. Thanks again.
FWIW, I occasionally see the same sort of issues with broadcast TV which has nothing to do with computers. It's a problem at the source.
