I noticed 3.85GB of Documents and Data listed under iMovie on my phone even after deleting all my projects. So after some googling, I found a ton of files under iMovie Media and deleted those too. This step freed up the corresponding amount of space on my phone. However, the 3.85 GB listed under iMovie still remains. What is that and how do I remove whatever’s in it?

Thank you for trying a restart. Surprised that didn't make a difference. Seems the iMovie app itself takes 594.4 MB. You could check the "Recently deleted" folder in the Files app.
I tried restarting, as you said, but no change. I also don’t see any folder for deleted files within iMovie that could potentially hold all the iMovie Media I deleted. So I am stumped.
