Phone won’t update. I have a terrobyte of storage and can’t turn it on
unable to use storage that I purchased. Which was 9.99 and large enough. I not able to fix my storage. How do I fix this on going prob?

The iPhone's storage cannot be increased, it is a fixed size. You purchased iCloud storage which does not increase the phone's storage capacity.
