Flashlight

I have a new 9th gen iPad. Swiped don today to use it, but not there. But also can’t find flashlight to add in the control center under my settings.

Only those models of iPad that are fitted with a TrueTone flash (iPad mini6 and iPads Pro) have a flashlight control in the Control Centre.
