Where can I find flashlight on iPad 9th Gen?

Unlike iPhone, many models of iPad don't have a flashlight feature - as this is reliant upon the TrueTone flash adjacent to the main (rear) camera.

Only those models of iPad that are fitted with a TrueTone flash (i.e., iPad mini6, mini7 and iPads Pro) have a flashlight and associated control in the Control Centre.

I would judge that it just have a cam and does not have the flash led at all

which is the one that light up when you use flashlight..
