Why does it keep saying there is an active subscribtion on this account, when I have no subscriptions?

As much as we'd like to help, we are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community, so we have no access to your accounts or details to check this out for you.
If you are trying to delete a payment method before adding a new one, you may see this message, if your account needs to be active for any kind of regular payment.
Maybe you have iCloud ? Apple calls that a subscription.
or
If you cancelled a subscription, it may be still active until the end of the expiry period.
Where to check if you are being charged for something on a regular basis.
If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement – Apple Support
You might want to check on "report a problem" to see what you have listed there.
