There is a company who tries to send me emails, but they always get marked as spam in Mac Mail, even when I have this exemption checked, "Sender of message is in my Previous Recipients". I have corresponded with this company by email, and verified they are indeed in the Previous Recipients window.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Usually when this happens it is because the mail has been marked as spam at the server.
In the Preferences, there is this box: "Trust junk mail headers in messages".
My understanding is that with this checked, if Mail detects information in the message headers that identify the message as spam, this will prevail over being in the recipients list.
You could try unchecking this box and see how that works.

Has the Spam moniker been appended to the e-mail ?
Some Mail Servers may Add / Appended the word Spam to what they believe is spam or have been instructed to do by the user
That last part is if the User has logging into the Web Portal of the e-mail service and enable this feature.

At the time of offering a possible solution, it was Unknown Who was the e-mail account was with.
Therefore, the image supplied become useless for your purposes
To be clear, the image was from An ISP provider my wife uses

When I go into the preferences for my iCloud account, using a web browser, it looks much different than what you have included in your screenshot. Was this from iCloud or another service?
