I have an Iphone 14 Pro Plus and have an international calling plan. I am currently out of the country but my plan will not work because there is no cellular data roaming button to toggle on anywhere. How do I turn on roaming?

Settings->Cellular->Cellular Data Options
If that setting is not displayed it means your plan does not support roaming. You’ll need to contact your cellular plan provider for help.
