A CR2032 coin cell battery is available in most any place that sells common types of batteries. It's very common in toys and other small electronic devices, and is also commonly used to maintain the settings on many computers.

I see some CR2032 batteries offered for about 60¢ each in quantity 10, others for as much as a dollar or two.

Probably best to avoid the batteries with the bitter coating, unless you have little people around. Some of the coated batteries don't get a good connection, per some previous reports.
