Never seen one. That looks like a site the either sells Macs or reviews them and have simply been a bit "aggressive" in the advertising.
Check Apple's site; trust it to be accurate.
The title of the site doesn't mean it's an Apple site. Macworld is not, neither is 9 to 5 Mac, Macpaw and several others aren't either. Having Apple in the name doesn't mean a part of Apple corporation necessarily.
"I just wanted to elucidate that my URL is different."
How do you expect help when you post a non working site? Or a site we can't get to? That just reinforces to me that something is not being presented in a correct and usable manner.
at one point, there was an option for you to upgrade to the 140 Watt power supply (shipped as default for the 16-in model) instead of the standard about 100 Watt power supply.
But I thought they charged more money for the upgrade, so that may not be it.
On which site are you seeing this?
NOTE: On the Apple site, the box contents are as shown below.
My view of the Apple education store appears different than the view you have posted, with no mention of “Accessory Kit”.
The Apple Store for Education site.
Just for reference, the URL is https://ecommerce2.apple.com.
We're going with the 064-CF1C Accessory Kit and hoping for the best!
Your link is specific to your user ID, and not accessible to us, so unable to view. But, I have no idea what the accessory kit might be, as I have not seen it in any previous Mac purchase.
The URL was just for reference as your URL just shows apple.com. I just wanted to elucidate that my URL is different.

Something is not right. We're missing something here.
Ya, I guess Apple hasn't perfected their Education sites yet.
There is still the option to upgrade the power adapter (top option in the image I posted). We are thinking that maybe the Accessory Kit includes the Apple sticker and user manuals maybe?
