an error accurred while downloading ios 16.5
I am getting the following error when trying to update iPhone 14 pro ( an error occurred while trying to download iOS 16.5.. )

I have an iPhone SE 2020 2nd edition and I am getting the same display when I try to do the update. I have tried it on 2 networks, have plenty of storage space and a fully charged battery. I don't understand why Apple does fix this instead of suggesting updating via my PC which I'm sure will not end well as my PC is a HP Windows 11 and not an Apple made PC.
Have you been able to resolve?
