Offer me needed before end of the day error

Today is the last day of my promotion for music tv and arcade. To have 3 months free trial with the new items I brought. It’s 23:30 but I can’t get them anymore although I could earlier. The day isn’t over. Ideally I would like to take up the offers

From the Related Article linked above, Step 5 is contacting Apple Support.

That's not us.

And it's very nearly 00:00 where you are, if not already past that.
