Unable to cancel a trial subscription as getting error "No connection"

I am new to the forum and hope it's okay to ask a question that was asked in 2022 and has an answer that doesn't work for me.

I am trying to cancel a trial subscription to the Night Sky app but it takes me to a screen that says No Connection.

Any suggestions?

Aplogies if this an inappropriate post.

Maybe the connection issue is at Apple's end? Have you tried again recently? Could be a server was down.

Here are a variety of resources helping with connectivity issues:

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services, read this support article --> If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

- If none of the suggestions work, try the last one: "If you’ve tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support."

Here's a related article about what to do if you can't connect or sign in to iCloud --> If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support

Here's a case where using a VPN prevented sign-in --> AppStore - Apple Community

If none of the resources provide a solution, contact Apple for assistance:

For support, click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

or:

It sounds like you are having problems with WiFi or your cellular data connection. Are they activated? Are you near a connection point? Have you tried restarting your device?

Thanks for the advice, Limnos. Have a jillion bar connection and rapid searches. Have stop by the router, walked all around the house and seem to have an excellent connection. I sincerely appreciate your taking the time send the excellent, but apparently not too helpful- I hated typing those words- . No big deal, it won’t cause me to enter the Poor House. Can’t enter a place you’re already in.

Heck, I got a fascinating and helpful app and am paying full price. Sounds fair to me.
