iPhone 11 Spazzing Out in Every Way Imaginable
A list of things my phone does:
- randomly swipes
- randomly presses things
- randomly will not allow to press apps (they turn a darker tint as if I hit them, nothing happens)
- unpresses buttons after I press them (such as passcode digits, it will input the number, and then erase as if I backspaced it)
- does not let me type full keyboard in portrait (there is a section of the screen that does not register, (keys: O, K, L) and if I do try to press it it randomly swipes and spazzes out).
- sometimes when I hit the backspace it also spazzes
- it does not let me click the right bottom corner, and top right corner
- type "3" twice, "6" twice, and "0" twice (when hit, and only in passcode setting of when inputting a credit card number, not for calls)
Things Apple has done and I have done:
- tell me to reset it (I tried DFU, factory reset, settings reset... nothing)
- do a diagnostics test on the screen at the apple store (resulted fine, yes, fine, I looked like an insane person)
At this point, since it acts so erratic and no one can seem to find a cause or resolution I believe it's safe to say that it is malware. Life is much harder with a phone acting like this. I type using left-hand keypad to avoid it spazzing out and it does not let me click the right bottom corner, and top right corner, however, if I hold a corner of the screen (around the area of the SIM card) hard then it allows me to press it but it results in more spazzing. Buying a new phone is not an option, I bought this 2 years ago as new. Sometimes it works fine, and then randomly it will do all of the things previously listed.
My question to you is: What would you do? What should I do? How do I fix this?
