My iPhone 14 plus is acting strange

So ever since I’ve updated my phone I’ve been having the following problem:

  • slow keyboard reaction speed
  • autocorrect errors 24/7
  • slow phone speeds
  • keyboard accuracy is off sometimes it shows i clicked Things on the keyboard that my fingers weren’t even close to touching
  • I use widgets on my phone and there have been several instances where my widgets have just disappeared or have changed without me doing so
  • slow processing times
  • apps crashing and or just not loading all together
  • freezing all the time
  • FaceTime not working phone calling dropping at random times
  • AirPods not connecting along with beats at times

and other glitches. I have no idea why it is doing this I keep up to date with my updates and everything but i cannot explain the weird happiness of this phone all I know is im extremely frustrated with it. This was the first phone I brought for myself with my saved money and it took a long time to get it and it barely can go two seconds without glitching out. It’s very confusing because it’s a brand new phone

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:

If having so many issues, then perhaps this is a faulty device. You have 14 days to return it. So, if it has been 14 days or less, then return it. If it has been more than 14 days, then have it serviced. You have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited warranty on this. So, contact Apple Support, seeing if they will return it or service this.

Contacting Apple Support:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Ask to speak with the Apple Store Staff
  • Proceed from there as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

"Same though my phones not new like others have reported. It’s a progressively worse situation for me going back and forth with phone carrier and the handset itself. I’ve ordered a Google Pro to use for a bit to see if it’s the handset or mobile network. I’m so over technology!"

Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue.  Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to make. Question is: "Just how many people have actually reported this to Apple?Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: that this is occurring and that it needs to be looked into. Include the URL of this thread
  4. Proceed from there as necessary
