I am unable to connect my air tag. When I removed the plastic, I did not hear a sound.
Did you purchase this AirTag directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller? If so, you have 14 days from the purchase date to return it for either a full refund or a replacement ... as, it may be possible, that it is defective.
