camera on iPad 10th generation

Recently I bought two iPad 10th generation. After one week usage I found the camera on one iPad is not working as expected. We can start it however it does not show anything through the lens it is all black. It shows the control of camera. We cannot take a picture or video. We need to remove the camera app from the back end re run it. It seems normal however once we close and restart, it has the same behaviour. Again we need to remove it from the back end.


not sure if there is anyone experienced the same.
