How can I remove my iCloud from reachable gmail

If you click through to that link, look for the section titled "Additional email addresses" and you will be able to view the steps to remove any extra addresses that you no longer need associated with your account.

We've copied the relevant portion below:

Delete an additional email address

1. Sign in to appleid.apple.com.

2. Select Personal Information, then select Reachable At.

3. To delete one of your additional email addresses, click the Remove button  next to the address.
