My Apple watch SE 2022 is not charging on third party charger

Hi. I recently purchased new Apple watch SE (2022). However, the watch is not charging on third party charging stand (which is declared for Apple devices only). The same charger has three charging spots (iphone, airpods pro and watch). Phone and airpods charging works fine. Only problem is with the watch. I used the same charger for my old watch 5 and had the same problem, which was later solved by Apple watch update and it worked fine. Can somebody please help me with this? Thanks :)
