Since upgrading to WatchOS 11, we are encountering a problem on both of our watches. Most of the time they charge as they should when connected to the charger. Periodically the watches will not charge until restarted, when they charge as expected

If force restarting does not help, unpairing and connecting it again to your iPhone without using the latest backup would be the next step:

Thanks for trying to help. One of the first things we tried to do was unpairing and re-pairing both of our watches. However, the problem persists. I suspect it has something to do with the latest iOS.
