Apple ID is not valid

My apple ID is not valid and I cannot reset or change password to set up new apple ID

You are sign in here .  .  .  with your Apple ID & Password.

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

 

What happens when you use the same Apple ID & Password that you use to sign in here?

Thanks for reply.

I have changed the apple id on my iPhone and it is not valid now. I cannot reset the password or change the applied. I am signed in with another working appleid but this is not the one which is set up on my phone. The service center in my country said that they cannot help me I need to contact with the global support, but I cannot find any email or live chat to directly send my issue.
