You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.

I have changed the apple id on my iPhone and it is not valid now. I cannot reset the password or change the applied. I am signed in with another working appleid but this is not the one which is set up on my phone. The service center in my country said that they cannot help me I need to contact with the global support, but I cannot find any email or live chat to directly send my issue.
Get support doe not provide an answer for my case. Apple's service center in my country said that i need to contact with support on web site directly and that they cannot help.
