“Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”

Hi all. I’m trying to download Adobe Creative Cloud on my App Store and I got a “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” message. I still have not been able to solve the issue.


Would appreciate any feedback on how to fix the problem

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help.
