Can I synch my airtag with my husband?
We put an airtag into our car since we have to use public parking for our car and sometimes forget where we parked it. Is there any chance that we can share the location with two mobile phones?

As of now, you cannot share the location, but the sharing feature was announced this week to be included in iOS 17 that will be released in the fall.
If your car has Bluetooth, the Maps app will mark the location of your parked car when exiting without an AirTag needed. You should be able to share that location within Maps from the iPhone used when the car is parked, but I have not tried.

I do think that the sharing feature on the AirTag that will be released this fall will be the best way to achieve what you are looking for. It will also avoid the tracking notification when the person who did not set up the AirTag drives the car.
