Apple Music, AirPlay and SONOS - not a match made in heaven….

I’m having an issue with playing music from Apple Music on my Mac to my SONOS speakers using AirPlay. I’ll open Apple Music, select my SONOS speaker(s) as outputs and press play. I’ll see the music playing a few seconds then I see the SONOS speakers drop off one by one (-) in Apple Music under the output sources. Unfortunately it’s not consistently broken so it’s hard to pinpoint the issue. I’ve restarted the Mac and it works or I’ve also restarted my eero routers and it will start working again only to break within days and sometimes hours.

I can’t figure out if there is a network config issue or what’s going on. My SONOS speakers work perfectly using the SONOS app and also playing Apple Music through that app. Anybody have a solution for this? I’ve seen old posts all over online where people have had the same issues.
