I forgot my password and key recovery key. My password was saved on a note on my phone. That phone is now power cycling on and off so I got a new one but can’t get into my apple account since I can’t access my notes. I don’t have any additional Apple devices outside of an Apple Watch. Can someone help? I don’t want to loose 9-10years worth of my life?

Going forward you might consider NOT using a recovery key.
They are not mandatory and their use DOES impose additional individual responsibilities and required diligence to ensure continued access to one’s AppleID.
Alternatively, Security Keys might provide a suitable solution for your needs.

Ask? Maybe it was written down somewhere? Quite possibly a long shot question, depending on the details, but a potential exit with the Apple ID intact.
If you no longer have both the Apple ID and password and a trusted device, and no longer have the Recovery Key when that has been enabled, then the Apple ID is lost.
