“Unable to load photo error”

When I try and duplicate a photo I am getting an ‘Unable to load photo’ error. It seems to happen for a lot of photos- it appears that these are iCloud bases photos (the version in ‘Photo’ appears grainy/small.

my iPhone IOS is up to date- 16.5. As far as I can tell I still have 256gb of storage left on my phone.

i am not sure how to fix this?

Unable to load Photos on iPhone I have an iPhone11. It has the most current IOS update. There are several photos in my phone that have an exclamation point in the lower right hand corner. The error messages says, "Unable to Load Photo. An error occurred while loading a higher quality version of this photo." I have tried every suggestion on the discussion boards such as choosing "download and keep originals" instead of "optimize iPhone storage," erasing other photos and videos, etc. Nothing seems to work. Photos from iPhone 13 showing error on iPhone 14 Pro? Hi, I recently upgraded from an iPhone 13 to a 14 Pro. When I was transferring everything over to the 14 Pro, I had no issues. However, when I go and attempt to look at Live Photos, or really any photo, taken on my 13 I am getting an error message stating “Unable to Load Photo” and “An error occurred while trying to load a higher quality image of this photo”. (see attached photo) How can I fix this and prevent this from happening? My photos are also synced to Google Photos and the issue shows on my phone, but not on my MacBook.
