iCloud Driver folders not appearing in Finder

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro and used a Thunderbolt cable to transfer all of my data from the old MacBook Pro to the new one. Everything came across fine except 2 folders in iCloud Drive. I tried disabling and reenabling iCloud Drive (but I did not let it complete delete all my local data and redownload). I turned Numbers iCloud Drive on and off. I did a disk repair. I rebooted the device into safe mode and took the attached screenshot. Any other suggestions on how I might get these two folders (Numbers and Shortcuts) to appear in Finder?

Hi, thanks for the suggestions. Disabling/enabling Numbers & Shortcuts was the first thing I tried and it did not help. I did not want to sign-in/out of my iCloud account, because of two reasons: 1) If I use the option of removing all content from the computer (likely best choice), it will take a long time since I have about 1TB of data to sync; 2) if I leave local data, in the past, I've had data get duplicated and I didn't want to deal with that problem.

What I ended up doing that did work was to turn off iCloud Drive and let all of my drive files get removed from my MacBook. I then rebooted the MacBook and reenabled iCloud Drive and let all of the files resync.
