How to see what you were charged for:

If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement – Apple Support


What can be labeled as Apple Services transactions

Music, movies, TV shows, stickers, books, and app purchases (from the iTunes Store, App Store, and Book Store). These are billed at the time of purchase. They can also include in-app purchasespre-ordered music or movies, and subscriptions that automatically renew.


If you are charged for a subscription you do not want: 

you would need to cancel that, so you aren't charged regularly.

If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple – Apple Support


How to report a problem:

NB: To report a concern about an app, you must provide the URL of the app.

Find the URL for an app in the App Store to report a concern - Apple Support


If needed: 

And if money has been deducted (not pending) for purchases etc.:
