It’s saying my phone has been replaced with untrustworthy parts but I just bought this phone new from Apple and it’s been fine until now and I’m not paying for something that Apple gave me already like this if it has untrustworthy parts it’s because of Apple

Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop so they can get things taken care of for you.
Return it.
Any authentic new phone from Apple is in a box SEALED w/ tamper-evident seals similar to those shown below:

It can happen if there's a temporary loss of contact between the parts. You could bring it in for evaluation where it can be reset if they confirm everything is internally intact.
If you mean the iPhone 12 Pro Max, it was discontinued almost 2 years ago, so it is unlikely that you bought it new from Apple recently.
