What’s the flame symbol on the left side next to the time

the flame is on the top left by the time. can't find anything useful to tell me what it's for

It’s a focus symbol. If you set up a focus such as sleep, work, driving, etc, the symbol for that focus setting will appear there. I have the fire symbol for working out and when my phone goes into the working out focus setting, that symbol will appear next to the time.

I have never seen a flame symbol on either side of the time on the iPhone Lock Screen. It may be part of your wallpaper. Change wallpapers and see if it goes away.

It’s your focus symbol. You can check in the control center when you swipe down from the top right corner.
