Old sent email repeatedly appears in Mail app on iMac I am having issues on the iMac where an old sent email keeps popping up. I am using Yahoo on the Mail app, the email has been deleted on both Mail and the Yahoo mail website. The email itself has been deleted from sent and bin and is not longer able to be found, but it keeps popping up and then disappearing. It has been nearly a year, I have restarted the Mac, rebooted, closed everything and still happens.

How do I stop emails flagged important by sender from staying at the top of my mac mail inbox? Hi, I have received a couple of emails flagged important (with the two exclamation marks next to them) by senders in my mac mail and they constantly stay at the top of my inbox even though they are months old. All new emails come in below them. How do I change the setting that is keeping them at the top of my inbox please? I don't want to delete them as I need them but would rather they are arranged as normal in date order like all the other emails in my inbox. Thanks
