I cannot connect to my Ethernet. Cable is fine. Had my provider check it. Mac OS Catalina. I went through the steps of turning off and restarting and removing Ethernet but unable to add it back.

”This computer does not appear to have any PCI Ethernet cards installed.” How do I install?
I checked my MacBook Pro and have the same message. MI 2020
Is this in the advanced section of network tab? Where might I look for this information?

I suspect your Ethernet has died for some reason, waiting to hear a report from somebody with a laptop.
