Okay, so I thought it would be wise to get 2 lines on one phone. They are both eSims. I got my phone from Walmart. It’s unlocked. Before I got the second line - I had Straight Talk. I went from ST to Visible.

Then, I decided to try to do this 2nd line thing for personal reasons, and I got that line through Mint. I activated everything. But. My Mint Mobile line isn’t working. I can call out and text out but I can’t receive calls.

So, I did some digging.

I discovered that one line has to be on WiFi-calling and the other on cellular. Did that. Then I saw it needed to be able to switch data. Did that.

Then I read on to see that WiFi-Calling is basically airplane mode for one line? Maybe I’m just lost now. I don’t know.

But what I’m asking is this:

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO MAKE BOTH MY LINES WORK! 😩 I checked if my phone was compatible for WiFi-calling through the Mint app and it says no. But Visible says it is. I don’t want my “main number” ( Visible ) to be on “airplane mode” - I just want them to both work!

This should explain all→Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support. And you don’t have to use Wi-Fi calling on one line. I don’t know where you heard that, but it is wrong.
