Reminder red badge won't leave even when all completed

Hello! I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because I'm encountering a technical problem on my iPhone since the latest update. To be specific, I'm facing a challenge with the reminders badge which stays active on my phone even after completing all the reminders. Although I've tried different solutions like restarting my phone and disabling notifications for reminders, the issue still persists. Interestingly, my MacBook Pro is not experiencing the same problem and shows all the reminders as completed. I was hoping you could help me resolve this matter.
