SHUTDOWN WHILE SLEEPING

Hello Apple Community,

My Macbook Pro 14" keep shutting down when in sleep mode for some time. This is wasting my time and relevant files are lost in the process.

Please I need a quick fix as soon as possible.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.4

Thank you for your reply, and the added info on your Mac.


Seems your Mac would still be under Apple Care / warranty / too,

and having it checked out by Apple would likely be the best step to take.
