Two questions.

Which is a priority for an answer ?

Use another Browser like Brave that is without the Overhead of Google

Spam - it is a way of life on the Internet

You can only mitigate your exposure by protecting to Whom you reveal your e-mail address

Yes, there are some Big Software Companies that have had Security Breaches and your e-mail address has been exposed to the Bad Actor Spammers

I have even experienced a Security Beach from my own ISP - not good

A feature built into Ventura Mail Application as a Starter

Then, depending on your e-mail server - some allow Blocking Sender including Domain Names from within their Web Portal

This could Stop the Spammers e-mail from ever reaching your Inbox

Block or unblock senders in Mail on Mac - Apple Support (CA)
