My entire iTunes library has vanished. How do I restore it?

We'd be happy to help out. Sounds like you're missing your iTunes library. If you use Apple Music, you'll just want to make sure you have iCloud Music Library enabled to get it back. If you don't use Apple Music, you'd need a backup of your iTunes library to restore.

Turn on iCloud Music Library on other computers

You can turn on iCloud Music Library on other computers you authorized to access your iTunes purchases.

1. In the iTunes app  on your PC, sign in to the iTunes Store using the same Apple ID that you used to set up iCloud Music Library on the first computer.

2. Choose Edit > Preferences, then click General.

3. Select the iCloud Music Library checkbox.
