Lost iTunes library
My iTunes library has ! inside a circle to the left of every song and when I try to play I get can't be located. Song info shows file location /trash. How did this happen and how do I fix it?

Presumably you inadvertently deleted your media folder at some point. You may have remained unaware of the situation until perhaps you chose to empty the trash. Do you have Time Machine or any other backup of the library? Is your content on a device it could be recovered from? See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - Apple Community.
