Has apple ever addressed the screen time failure issue? I've been using apple across all devices for myself and my family for decades. However, screentime has not worked properly for such a long time. Apple will this ever be fixed or is samsung the only option moving forward?

Wow, just asked if apple had addressed this ongoing problem or was Samsung the only option for screen time. Responses seemed a little touchy 🤷🏻♀️ I guess as nobody has answered the actual question the answer would be no then!

Loosing one customer won’t hurt Apple more than taking a drop from the ocean! I say that, with all due respect.
OP, you can Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support, and they can assist you further.

There is no Apple here in these user to user technical forum, you want Apple then take your issue to the Apple store and speak to someone at the Genius bar, or use to the support link at the top right of the forum to get with Apple.
Threating to move to a Samsung holds no value here.

I'll repeat my answer again:
There is no Apple here in these user to user technical forum, you want Apple then take your issue to the Apple store and speak to someone at the Genius bar, or use to the support link at the top right of the forum to get with Apple.
