My child did a purchase without my permission, he did a request for refund, but he choose the first selection to solve his problem, so how we deal with it now to refund the unauthorized purchase

Did you child follow these directions to request a refund --> Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
If yes, note refunds are not immediate and it can take at least 10 business days for a refund to appear.
