in December 2022 I bought an iPhone 13 and created an Apple ID, at that time I was in Belarus.
Now I live in Poland, and I want to change the region in my Apple ID account, but I can't do it (example in the screenshot).
I went to the Payment Methods tab and tried to add my Polish payment card. However, for some reason I cannot add my current Polish payment card.
Please tell me how I can change the region in my Apple ID?

Please check:
You need to have a debit / credit card issued by a bank in your new country.
You need to have a billing address in your new country.
I am trying to add a card that was issued in the country in which I currently live, I also indicate my current address in the city of Warsaw. However, the map is still not linked (error in the screenshot).
I also tried to change the region in the web version of Apple ID, but still without success. For some reason I can't change the country.
