iPhone 14 pro max giving me headaches..

So.. This is my first iPhone that i bought after a long period of using only android devices ( not flaghships ) My last phone before this iPhone was a OnePlus 8T which i used for 2 years. Now, purchased the iPhone 14 pro max since i wanted to try iOS again and their neat features only to be dissapointed in what i found.. Since beggining the phone had some bugs like face detection not working and while i was trying to acces the top app bar to close the wi-fi and it remained open on my locked screen or other time that is freezed in a game and had to close that game, touch not being too responsive and so on. But today i descovered something which i didnt like at all..woke up, picked the phone to check notifs and such and all of sudden my phone moved sluggish, had like 20-30hz and not 120hz. Tried to close the apps ( which weren't even many to begin with ), scrolled thru it but nothing worked..only a restart fixed the problem. I never thought and iPhone flagship needs to be restarted to work again. Really dissapointed with the phone so far and im looking to switch to android back again. I posted this here to ask if somebody else had issues with their iPhone 14 pro max or if there is a known " bad batch " of iphones? Thanks
