Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender when sending email to google accounts

MacBook Air owner, Ventura 13.4.


Most of the time I send a mail to a google account, my email bounces:


Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender, in the bounce email I get this message:


'SMTP error from remote server for TEXT command, host: gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com(142.251.31.26) reason: 550-5.7.26 This mail is unauthenticated, which poses a security risk to the
