Where is the d/l link to manually d/l the updates without WiFi
I don’t have internet but I need an update , is there a main d/l link ?

Whether or not you use Wi-Fi, you still need an Internet connection to update the phone.
IF....your phone supports 5G.....and.....you have 5G service from your carrier, you can use cellular data to download the update.
Otherwise, you will need to connect the phone to a computer (with Internet access) using a cable or find an Internet Wi-Fi connection to use for the download.
