My friends told me that 140w fast charging macbook pro 16 m2 max is not allowed to bring to flight, I just having concern on macbook pro 16 m2 max lithium battery capacity will it able to pass the airport security check before onboard to flight?

Seems to be a best answer that I ever seen. However, when i reading the Tech Spec - Apple link that you share to me, it showing that exactly 100-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery.
Finally i saw the 99.6 watt-hours at the most bottom.
