Keyboard Shortcut to Show Home Screen

Hi,

I was looking through the keyboard shortcuts on my Mac mini 2023, M2, OS Ventura 13.4, and cannot find how I modified the Show Home Screen. All I remember is that the shortcut I modified is to Show Home Screen with a simple key tap (I set it up as specifically the Left Option key only) and I cannot find where to disable this. I am using the Apple keyboard with touch ID and numeric keys.
