Does new Macbook air 15" M2 supports 2 additional monitors with Dell D3100 dock?
The 15" MacBook Air only supports a single external display, whether you use it with a dock, or not.
There are docks with DisplayLink or some similar technology that can let you connect additional displays, but these do not change the computer's specifications.
Both Dell's site and the Synaptics site list the D3100 as having DisplayLink, so it might let you attach a second monitor. You would need to nstall the appropriate DisplayLink Driver. Dell's article on "macOS for DIsplayLink Docking Stations" has a link to the download area of the Synaptic site – and states that "Dell is providing this information but does not provide software support for Apple products."
